Relax! Relate! Release!
Too many of us are so technologically stimulated that we do not know how to relax. As one gets older, it becomes immediately that learning to relax, learning to relate well with others and learning how to release peacefully can be an extremely difficult proposition. One of the benefits of alternative approaches such as yoga, Chinese medicine, prayer, meditation and breathing is that these approaches emanate from within and treat the human body holistically.
As a skill building exercise, try some of the breathing exercises! For those of you who are bold you can consider going to an alternative medicine provider and finding out if any of these alternative forms of healing with centuries of use will work for you.
